When I was quite young my mother said to me: “Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.” I was floored by this wisdom and wondered how I was ever going to learn not to be fooled (again, I was quite young).

Fauci doesn’t have the studies to demand masks again. His “truthfulness” is on record. His advice has been the opposite of accepted science according to doctors censored for giving true advice.

Fauci is not going to fool me again. Masks and Lock downs are not recommended by the doctors I trust. And Biden is not going to take away our Constitutional Rights; they are Absolute: right to bear arms, freedom of religion, free speech, etc.

I will legally, lovingly, and peacefully work so that the freedoms given to us by God are preserved.

James, the brother of Jesus, said that we are saved by God’s grace (God’s unmerited favor) and actions that confirm the change Jesus has made in us. It is true that there is no limit to God’s grace. The first thing I thought of when I learned this was, “I can sin all I want and still go to heaven.” While that is true you must examine yourself to see if Jesus really does live in you and is one with you.

If you are truly saved, if you have received a new spirit from Jesus and are one with Him then you have been fundamentally changed and will not want to sin. You will want to do God’s will. If you do sin it is not really you doing it but sin doing it. You will be heartbroken that you have hurt your Savior. You will confess your sin to Him and thank Him that He forgave you on the cross two thousand years ago. He will restore you. You will thank Him for being your Friend that sticks closer than a brother. You will not want to sin again.

However, if you are not truly saved and you think you are, and you think that you can sin all you want because grace covers it all, then you won’t care that you have hurt God and others, you think it’s all covered by grace anyway and you will sink deeper and deeper into sin and gradually lose the ability to hear God’s voice of conviction.

If you act like God’s grace can be used to sin without consequence, you are most likely NOT a Christian now and never were.

“Be on guard, so that your hearts will not be weighted down with dissipation and drunkenness and the worries of life, and that day will not come on you suddenly like a trap;
for it will come upon all those who dwell on the face of all the earth.
“But keep on the alert at all times, praying that you may have strength to escape all these things that are about to take place, and to stand before the Son of Man.”

Be on guard

(don’t let the destruction “in the world” by evil men get you down, Jesus is coming for us)

Keep on the alert at all times

(ask Jesus to give you discernment concerning the times we are living in)

And that day will NOT come on you suddenly like a trap

(Jesus will show you what He is doing)

Pray that you may have strength

To escape all these things

And to stand before the Son of Man

(Jesus our Friend, our Savior and our God)
